Vintage 1990s black polka dot strapless bustier dress with ruffles. Cute black with white polka dot dress. Strapless top with "bones" at the bodice. Shirred elastic back with back zipper.
Rounded antebellum waistline with three layers of ruffles ending with a straight pencil like skirt. Back ruffles are round at the center back making a look similar to a bustle.
